Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Prospective scholars and guest lecturers are expected to:
- Demonstrate Excellence: Showcase outstanding academic and/or professional experience.
- Add Value to the Program: Contribute tangible value to the program through student-centered teaching/lecturing, engagement in research activities, support for master theses, and active participation in academic/professional networks.
- Promote the Program: Contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the Erasmus Mundus program in general and EMaCS in particular within their respective universities and home countries.
Worldwide applicants are only eligible for guest lecturer positions if they comply with the following criteria:
- A PhD degree and substantial experience (minimum 5 years) in research or teaching in high-relevance fields associated to EMaCS programme, or a strong professional background (minimum 8 years) in a relevant private, governmental or non-governmental organization as expert in some of the computer science disciplines.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English since it is the language of instruction of the EMaCS programme.
- Compliance with the application calendar and deadlines describe on the EMaCS website.
- Not be funded by other EU funding schemes (including other Erasmus+ actions).
