The EMaCS Consortium extends an invitation to academic and non-academic experts globally, encouraging their participation as guest lecturers and invited scholars in the program. This call is designed to:

  • Provide recognized specialists with a platform to share their expertise with students in a European Programme of Excellence.
  • Offer EMaCS students the unique opportunity to learn from a diverse teaching staff comprising global experts.
  • Strengthen partnerships and enrich the EMaCS network.

Visiting lecturers admitted to the EMaCS program will receive a grant of €1,200 per week, covering academic expenses, board and lodging, along with up to €1,500 for travel expenses, including return flights.

Individuals interested in becoming guest lecturers at EMaCS will undergo an application and selection process. The announcement for guest lecturer positions will be made through a Call for Proposals, which will be published on this website. Applicants for guest lecturer positions will submit the following documents in English to the EMaCS application located on its website:

  • A CV in format Europass
  • A copy of the PhD's degree and language certificate if not native.
  • A passport photocopy and other documents that demonstrate her/his compliance with international and host country standards in terms of mobility.
  • A proposal clearly specifying its added value for the degree programme and (if applicable) to the specific mobility path and outlining the proposed teaching activities.
  • Copies of the index, ISBN/ISSN page and first page of each publication to justify the publications.
  • A declaration that the applicant is not paid by other EU funding schemes, including other Erasmus + actions.

Priority will be given to applicants interested in collaborative efforts, including joint research funding applications, projects, or publications with academic counterparts at EMaCS host universities.

Upon the submission of the application, in due time and form, the lecturer candidate will receive a confirmation by email with a registration number to be used for all correspondence related to the selection process.
